We were asked to do the wedding flowers for Philippa and Tom who got married at Newland Hall, Roxwell, Essex on 14th December.  As the couple were getting married so close to Christmas, they took the opportunity to embrace the season and had a theme of red and gold.

The bride and bridesmaids had simple hand tied posies using the feature flower of the grand prix red rose, along with burgundy skimmia and incorporating some small pine cones to tie in with the table displays.  The stems were bound in burgundy ribbon and secured with gold pins.

The reception decoration took the Christmas theme to a whole different level with tables adorned with tall martini vases over flowing with red and gold baubles placed in the centre of festive wreaths which were filled mainly with Christmas foliage – pine, holly, green ivy,  pine cones, skimmia, hypericum berries and  holly berries.

What an amazing Christmas Philippa and Tom must have had and congratulations again on the new addition to the family!
